The only cane honey factory in Europe, Nuestra Señora del Carmen de Frigiliana, will open its doors to the public with a series of free guided tours, as part of the celebration of the sixth Cane Honey Day, which will take place this Saturday, April 4. May.

The event has been organized by the City Council to honor this product and, throughout the day, the mill's doors, closed to visitors for the rest of the year, will remain open to receive the public and for attendees to see first-hand the process of elaboration of cane honey.
