Poner en un cazo la \u00abmieldeca\u00f1a\u00bb junto con el zumo de lima y reducir a tres cuartos. A\u00f1adir el jugo de pollo y ajo negro, y reducir el conjunto a la mitad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the joint of meat:<\/span>&nbsp;sear the joint on the grill. Put in a vacuum bag together with Extra Virgin olive oil and salt. Place in a water bath for 30 min. at 65\u00ba C.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Final step:<\/span>&nbsp;cut the joint of meat into four regular
