De La Torre S.L. with N.I.F. B-93649192 (Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Malaga) carries out the sale and distribution of the products offered in this service.

The purchase system is subject to current legislation in Spain. Therefore, sales operations will be understood to be carried out at the address of De La Torre S.L., Plaza del Ingenio, nº 4, 29788 Málaga, Frigiliana. According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, De La Torre S.L., has complaint forms available for customer service.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your purchases with the following means:

– Credit or debit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, through our secure payment provider RedSys.

– PayPal.

– Bizum, through a secure payment gateway with Banco Santander.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time of the products is approximately 5 business days for national orders and 14 business days for international orders.

The delivery times begin to count from the approval of the payment, which will be given once the financial institution or other entity responsible for the means of payment used, confirms the availability of the resources.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To make the return there must be a lack of conformity of the product (warranty), within a period of 2 years or the "Best Before Date", whichever is earlier.

In case of return or withdrawal by the buyer within 14 business days, in the latter case, you will be responsible for transportation costs.

WARRANTY

It occurs when you observe that the product presents a lack of conformity:

– The product does not conform to the description made by the seller and does not have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.

– They are not suitable for the uses that products of the same type are ordinarily intended for.

– They do not present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can fundamentally expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

We will respond to non-conformities that arise:

– In the case of a defective product, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer.

– Lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from delivery.

– The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The lack of conformity must be presented within a period of 2 years, taking into account the nature of the product.

RETURNS

What do you do to return the product due to a guarantee:

1. Wrap the product with the copy of the invoice.

PRODUCT DAMAGED BY THE TRANSPORTATION AGENCY

If, upon receiving your order, you find that the packaging is damaged, you must state this on the delivery note that you sign for the carrier. In the case of any physical damage to the product, due to transport, and it is not visible in the external packaging, you must notify the transport agency that made the delivery or to us so that we can manage it. We will change the product at no additional cost.

WITHDRAWAL BY THE BUYER

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within a period of 14 business days from the receipt of the product, without the need for justification or penalty of any kind. What to do to return the product due to a withdrawal:
